I was a little industrious and wanted to do an imperial IPA.
15 lbs two row pale
2 lbs crystal 60L
OG 1.081 (actual 1.079)
SRM 14
Mash efficiency 65%
Hops
40 mins 1 oz Warrior pellet
30 mins 1 oz chinook
10 mins 1 oz Sterling
Mashed at 152-150 for 60 min
10 min Sparge at 167
Wyeast American Ale II smack pack.
Will dry hop last seven days.
Everything went as planned...expecting to have to wait maybe 6 weeks to bottle.
Any recommendations on priming sugars if I don't break down and keg by then?
