Just past the 2 week mark in primary for my slightly modified Brewhouse IPA. I added only 4L of water instead of 8 to get a higher OG (1.068) and I plan on dry hopping it with 2oz of Cascade. Didn't make a starter since I had 2 packs of Wyeast 1056 lying around I threw them both in.

Here's my plan for how I'm going to finish this off, want to here if I'm doing anything I shouldnt be.

Right now its fermented in a plastic bucket, SG as of last night was 1.018. So I'm going to give it a few more days to see if I can knock a few more points off. My plan is to throw the hop pellets into the primary for around 3 days, rack the beer to a carboy and add gelatin. Cold crash for about 3 days and then move to the bottling bucket. Should I just stick with the primary for everything, dry hop, gelatin and cold crash all in one?
