Finally I can relax

After 8 weeks of worrying I can finally relax. My first batch is ready to be enjoyed. The taste has mellowed dramatically this last week in the bottle. I was concerned that it was going to be too bitter. Now I realize that I was tasting green beer. This addiction rocks!!!! :rockin:

What is it?

It is an Irish Red Ale. The ingredients came with a kit that I got for Christmas. Unfortunately it didn't come with a recipe, just an ingredients list. I just used everything and got lucky.
