Not as thrilled with Bea Norma Gene - a little thin for a 12% beer. Coffee not as noticeable, too. Strong flavors of stone fruit - enjoyable, generally, but Cafe Deth is the clear winner.

Was told, too, that one of the upcoming Gentlemens Reserve beers is Institutionalized with toasted coconut. No idea when that will go on.

The coconut Institutionalized is on now.

Cafe Deth still on, no BeaNormaGene though. Cafe Deth be ballin' tho

I believe tap room only - it's usually a single 1/6 barrel.

The bartender asked me if I wanted another, I chuckled and told him a second one would put me half in the bag. He said, "yeah, a 12-ounce pour would be plenty for me, too." Even the Goose Island rep mentioned that she thought the pours looked rather generous, but since everyone seemed to be having a good time, it was cool with her.

$9 for 12oz of Prop? No complaints here.
