Its a new 1.5 year aged milk-eyed but in koval rye instead of oat as it was a year ago. we also have a 4 grain that is so cosmically different and beautifully barrel heavy. we are ripping a flavor out of 30 gal barrels we love so much that we might only use those for our stouts going forward. we got about 3 1/2 sixtels left. I think he plans to leave it on as much as it lasts but we might pull back and save a sixtel of rye. I think we're plannin 4-grain for a weekend next month. I have no idea if it'll last as i have no idea if people come this weekend, especially since itll be zero point zero this week (shout out to dean wormer).
nelson is third iteration of the little crush (hold steady - massive nights) series. 16oz-4 packs should be coming next month I believe.
kid debate...debate over for team middle brow. we got colored pencils in a beautiful twee ceramic with paper, hi-chairs and even a little kids table in the front lounge with a paper roll to color on, in case parents are waiting for a table or hanging quickly in front.
70% of aught beer nerds have a kid these days. we aint making too many milkshakes and stouts, we're shooting for an older, respectful crowd. a crowd that makes jokes about OG wooden hell while remembering the days before people sold f*ckin beer to fellow beer enthusiasts. or a crowd that doesn't know about either and loves craft beer like two hearted.Kid friendly breweries and taprooms attract better crowds anyway.

should be weirdly 7am to 12a, because pete wants to see how many days it takes to die in a brewpub from working 18hr days. What are you opening hours? Might have to stop on by after my Trap shift this weekend, but will have Coffee Dino in tow...

this a work or a shoot? our fav brand is on the menu for morning toast or dinner side bread and our top three fav brands are avail in tins to go at the front door along with beer and a few different in-house natural yeast breads. if you aint super familiar there's a fair amount of articles and bourdain vid's when he's in spain. can be quite a delicacy but it aint exactly for everyone.middlebrow pls tell me more about these fish tins I read about?
I do believe that is a Cook County tax on beer/liquor, but I could be wrong. Crook County lulz. Are there any city/county/etc taxes or fees on retail beer aside from the 10.25% rate? I bought a sixer for $9.99, and the receipt showed $0.21 for a 6 pack of 12 oz cans (??), bringing the net to $10.20. Then total tax of $1.02 for grand total of $11.22.
The $1.02 is 10.25% of $9.99, even though the receipt makes it look like tax is calculated off the $10.20. So the $0.21 is some other fee? I don’t know. Someone please explain.
dont giggle at us, just pay your extra ten cents per can and shut it.I do believe that is a Cook County tax on beer/liquor, but I could be wrong. Crook County lulz.

I fux with tinned fish.
Not to re-hash but but was at a non-beer drinkers house this weekend and he graciously grabbed a 12-pack of Goose IPA. I thought that was very nice of him.
Saw GI rebranded that beer with new labels, neck labels and packaging. In big print behind the white IPA on the front it read “An IPA for people who don’t want to discuss IPAs” (or something very close to that affect.)
Can’t believe they still think scoffing at “pretentious beer drinkers” is a good marketing strategy...
Tinned fish? It's all about that tinned octopus that's next level, but you don't even know about that...
The wind was so strong last night it blew my front door open.
