Hi all. I am an all grain brewer. Started brewing again early this year after taking a break for 15 years. My first few batches went fine then I started having problems with my fermentation sticking. My last 6 batches cannot get the finish gravity below about 1.033 or so. Does not matter what recipe or style of beer I make. My question is what should I be looking at. What are the different variables that can cause this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
