Picking near the top is not easy. It's too easy to feel like you're missing out on something great by not picking it. Plus, I suck at decisions. It's going to be a long couple of days.

To be honest, I don't think there's a single offer I'd be unhappy with. My only requirement was picking an offer that had an IPA in it (because I want to compare against the one I've attempted). Not a hard requirement to meet this round ;)

One thing of note - whoever picks my offer may have to wait a week or so for it to be shipped. I'm not going to be able to ship it until either the 21st or 28th depending on how it tastes. Doing this round blind, unfortunately!

7) TwistedGray
1. Shame on Me, Shame on You
This was an attempt at a new style of beer which turned out ... not so good. Heed all of the warnings on the bottle,
and drink at your own risk! Basically, I would like to know what went wrong, and curious to here what you think went
wrong. The beer itself, if that matters, is an Imperial Stout with various flavors introduced post production.

2. Mexican Imperial/Aztec Stout
You can read about it here; it's been aged for a little more than a year now.

3. Raspberry & Alpine Mint Wheat
Pretty much your standard wheat beer (similar to a Blue Moon), but when racked to secondary I added my
homegrown raspberries and my homegrown alpine mint (super strong variety).

4. Where's Waldo Wheat
Same stock as #3 except this one includes all of the varieties of wheat I was making so flavors include:
raspberry, mint, strawberry, banana, rhubarb, and pomegranate.

5. Strawberry - Banana Wheat
Same stock as #3. This was racked on to a bed of strawberries and overly ripe bananas. It has a pungent banana
smell (at least the I tried) and a hint of banana strawberry, quite unique. Image available here, albeit sideways.

6 - I have another batch going now, and the yeast was pitched Saturday evening. It is currently fermenting
and probably won't be done until the 13th. I'm not sure I'll have this one complete in time because of my
work travel schedule but if so I'll include that.

7 - Mystery Beer - Will discuss with receiver in private message.

#6 will be bottled and ready to go. Updated information:

6. Pour it on the Table - PA
I don't even know where to begin with this, but in short I would call it a pale ale table beer. You might call it something different :mug: It comes in with very low ABV (2.75%) making it a drinkable beer for breakfast. I'll toss in two or three bottles or perhaps a bomber or two.

Def easier picking at bottom- I'll prob throw some hb helles in as well and if my hops ripen soon I'll toss in some hb wet hop ale.

Agreed.. darn some of you guys have a lot of variety. I will get a brew day done and hopefully send a new brew too if not I have too much C60..

Yes, I'm last! These offers look great and now I don't even have to make a decision. Also in my offer will be a couple of other homemade goodies.

Just finished up my first helles attempt, my first lager too. It's in the fridge getting down to pitching temps as I type. Should be ready for the next round. :tank:

No. I really don't have a favorite offer from anyone. They all look equally great to me.

BTW, I am having a little HB peach berliner, 2.5% before work. Really good.
