Would you be able to create some functionality in the manager that:
1. Provides the pick time as an export for each participant.
2. True or False if the participant received their package
For all others, some helpful tips when sending your offer and pick list. The organizer will be grateful.
1. Send only 1 pic
2. Send the actual URL for the beer review
3. Do not put numbers in your pick list, just names. The order will be retained as you list them
4. Spell the damn name correctly when submitting a pick list
5. Type the pick list into a message

Worked really well as long as people kept the number of their pick out. It was great because it highlighted the spelling errors as well.
