Just a heads up, i modified the timeline posted in the OP.
We will be submitting by April 8 and picking on April 15. I didn't think about Easter being in there and we should all be spending time with friends and family that day!

Two kegs of the Amber are carbonating now, two kegs of the wheat/rye will get kegged this weekend, and one is already tested and ready to go, and I'll be serving the chocolate coffee stout to make 6 kegs. The wedding is going to be in a winery, so we'll also have some of their wine also.
I forgot I didn't get to send you any of the Amber. If I can remember, I'll ship you a couple of bottles. I made a ten gallon batch and used two carboys and used US05 in one and S04 in the other to see which my wife likes better, I could get your opinion on them also.

I do like free beer. That wheat/rye was awesome. I am still due to brew some.

I can’t wait for March to fly by!! Usually b/c it’s the last month of $h1+y weather here in Western NY, but it’s more b/c of this thread!!!
