Were feeling squirley and want to add almond extract to our blueberry ale. How much do you think?

Have not added it yet to beer but from cooking with it i know that almond extract is powerful stuff... and can quickly turn something good into something nasty! Just be careful and add a little at a time...

I've used 8 ounces of vanilla extract before and it was not overwhelming, but very pleasant. Not sure about almond.

Consider adding it when you are bottling. That way you can adjust the amount by tasting it.
