I need some ideas on which choice to add to my brew today, which is a pale ale with fairly light Nugget hops. The pale ale is fairly standard, with some lighter Crystal and Vienna added.

I've narrowed my choices down to Earl Grey tea that I brought home from Australia or some whole Chai spices. Input would be appreciated.

A local brewery in my area used to make a very tasty EST (an ESB with Earl Grey tea) that was quite tasty. The bergamot was a nice addition to the hops.

I like the idea if chai spices but might save that for a brown or Amber ale. The Earl Grey goes with an idea for a theme that I am having so I will probably go with that.

Thanks!
