So I'm making a CDA and the recipe calls for 1 oz centennial dry hop. I've got pellet hops for the Centennial. I've also got about .75 home grown Cascades that I'm going to put in. Last time I did pellet hops I just dumped them in and ended up with not so good results as I don't filter and got a good amount of hops in every bottle. So I'm thinking of putting the pellets in a muslin bag. I'm going to weight the bag down with marbles...

1) Should I put the whole hops in a bag as well?
2) Pellet in a bag and whole dumped in?? Thanks

Aaron

I would put it all in a bag so you dont as much clean up.
I would also suggest racking over to a secondary if your going to dry hop. It helps clear it up and gets a lot of sediment out.
