Hey Everyone!
I'm doing my first dry-hopped IPA, and I am using some beautiful leaf Simcoe and Amarillo hops in my 6.5 gallon glass carboy on a 5 gallon batch. I added the hops to the carboy, racked the beer into it, and now, about 60 hours later, pretty much all of the hops are still floating on the surface. Is this reason for concern? I know they drop down on their own, but I'm just a little concerned because it seems like they should have done so by now. If this is abnormal, any advice on what I can do?
Thanks so much!
