You may very well be correct, M21 might not be Lallemand Wit. My guess is that M21 is more likely to be repacked Brewferm Blanche. If I hear more experiences about M21 and Wit being quite different, I will update my equivalency table to declare not non-equivalent. Thank you for the info.

I've tried both and Brewferm Blanche was disappointing compared to my experience with mj21. YMMV
