Looking for a recipe to get me close to Drekker's Underwater Ally.

I'm not big on the traditional hazy, juicy, or NE IPAs, but I had this one recently and it struck a chord. There is little to no info out on the interwebz about cloning something like this, so I was hoping someone had some insight. The only thing I could find is from their site/Untappd:

Underwater Ally was brewed with a bunch of oats & spelt, then hopped with Mosaic, Citra, and Ella for a super tropical, citrus, and grapefruity flavor & aroma.

For anyone interested, Drekker's reply:

We don’t give out exact recipes but we’re happy to give you a starting point and offer suggestions as your recipe comes together.
Malt: 2-row, flaked oats, spelt, carafoam
Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Ella
Yeast: London Ale III or similar

I didn't give it a shot. What they provided was basically the ingredients to 95% of all hazys out on the market right now, so... meh.
