I have been absent on HBT for a little while. I have not done a whole lot of brewing. The hobby doesn't really pay off in the long run but I still love to do it.
I have 3 gallons of wine ready to be racked tomorrow and peppers drying for hot sauce. I am not really sure what the point of this post is.
