Talked to the owners and got to try bottles 3 and 6 as well, the waxed single barrel spirits. That little bottle 6 on the left is super small batch spirit with Aurelian Lure spent apricots. Bought some stuff. Unfortunately due to stupid TX state law, I could only buy 1500 mL to go (per month).
