Its the first day of rifle season in PA. I was suppose to guide my brother on a hunt but he bailed out due to the rain. I was up at 4 anyway so I went on a hike, flushed some grouse, saw some deer and got soaked.

This hits the spot. I havent had any bourbon county barleywine since the bottle formats changed, is it still as good as this juice is? Or has that ship sailed?

It's amazing how smooth this is for 15.2%.. i always remember it having a little bite to it but this is really smooth, like an aged bcbs. sweet fudge deliciousness!

Different than most jolly pumpkin beers, but i like it. Slight sour up front that quickly gives way to delicious buttery chardonnay then finishes with oak and rye on the back end.. gonna have to find another bottle of this!

I really enjoyed those too. Mineshafts more dry which is a great counterpart to sj.
And ryeways a little sweeter but amazing
