Crystal Rye Anyone?

Has anybody ever used this stuff (crystal rye that is)? What kind of color we talking, flavor, aroma? Looking for input for recipe construction.

I've never heard of crystal made from rye. I am intrigued though. Let me know if you find anything on it.

I spoke with my friend Mike on Saturday who was sitting in an airport in Cleveland waiting for his flight back to ALBQ. We were catching up on his trip to the Netherlands and Belgium.
