I bought cryo cascade hops because they were out of the regular kind. They told me to use half of what I would normally use. Has anyone used these? Will they work okay? Thanks Pat
They will work well, but will have a slightly different flavor than what you'd normally expect from Cascade. I've only tried mosaic and citra cryo hops, and found that there's more juicy, resiny, and earthy flavors than normal. It's not a bad change, just different.
