I grabbed some Kiwi Rising today which doesn't seem to have "caught on" in CT yet. It's a really fantastic beer, but, in case anyone misses out on it and wants some consolation, I'd honestly choose Sea Hag over it. We're really spoiled by NEBCO in this state. The obvious comparison is Coriolis, but honestly they're two completely different beers.

Anyone else go to the Black Hog beer dinner at Atticus in New Haven last night? Probably one of the better beer dinners I've ever been to. Food was really awesome and unique, beer was great (and pretty damn close to unlimited), and the Black Hog owner was really friendly and outgoing. Great event.

Oh man I gotta go back to Atticus for that pulled pork sandwich between 2 grilled cheeses. Sooo good with the roasted pears on it.

And glad to hear it was a great event. I never do any of these beer dinners.

They are pretty good. I've bought a growler of the Exp Peaches and had the Exp Rasp on draft at the brewery. Not sure if its worth the price point, but I've liked pretty much everything by OEC, including these.
