Does there exist a conical keg? wherein one could ferment in the keg, and it would have a pressure release valve that bleeds off pressure while keeping the beer at serving pressure, and you could just drain the yeast out of the cone, never rack, and voila, it's ready for serving.

Is anything like this available?
 
not something premade that i know of. it'd be something you have to get made
 
The blichmann fermenators are pressure capable, but they won't go past 3psi or so without modifying the pressure relief piece on the lids. Doing this past 3psi could be dangerous.

The concept of fermenting and serving from the same vessel is possible though. It would be more like a cask ale, which is low in carbonation.
 
not only is it possible, it's done by quite a few people on here with corney kegs, normal kegs, etc. look up wort monger, he has dedicated stuff to this.
