I am thinking about putting cocoa powder and raspberries in a dark sour. Talk me out of it.
 
I would only try to talk you into using cacao nibs instead of cocoa powder. It can be very hard to get it unclumped if you add it cold side. Plus, every time I've used it, it gets kinda bleh after a few months. Cacao nibs have always worked much better for me
 
Well tried it with a tincture of cocoa nibs. At low levels it gave a light chocolate aroma, but at higher levels the bitterness from the chocolate clashes with the sourness.
