I did my first brew this weekend and pitched the yeast on Saturday afternoon. Given that it has been over 80 here for the past few days I am afraid I might have pitched it a little warm 48 hours later there are some small patches of brown on the top of the cider but not Realy anything else. Should I look at pitching more yeast or wait a little longer and see what happens?
