I have a Chugger Max pump, with the stainless head and the TC connections. It works great but I find I often need to disassemble it to get all the bits of debris out of the pump. There is a large silicone o-ring in the head, measures 77x1.8mm. Chugger lists this as part number CPMAX-23. If you try to order it off their website, they will charge you $20 to ship one o-ring. If you try and order more, the shipping increases. I chatted with the Chugger bot and asked if they could just put it in an envelope- they said no.

I am looking for some kind of replacement to this o-ring- if mine breaks then I'm dead in the water. There might be a March part that would also fit, but I've had no luck sourcing that either (0750-0981-1000).

Disclaimer first: I'm in Canada and amazon tends to geo-locate me so that at least half the links I ever click on from this site will never show me the actual page the OP linked to, but instead provide a search page on amazon.ca so I don't know it this link will display; If it does, is this the part?;

If you have the exact dimensions, you could try the general o-ring suppliers.

I don't think that is the part. I think that is the part for some of the smaller Chugger Pumps. The MAX uses a different part entirely.
