just got back from the grocery, and as i was putting stuff away, i noticed that i still had sugar left. i could have sworn that i used the last of it when i was bottling this past sunday. but, the girlfriend surprised me by showing up at my place and, well, let's just say that i was sidetracked from bottling preparations for a while it's entirely possible that i didn't add any sugar to the boiling water.
do i play it safe, and let it ride a few weeks and see what happens?
or
do i gamble, and re-prime? it was only a 2.5 gallon test batch, so about a case of brew. if i go this route, that case will be placed inside a garbage bag or two.
which would you choose? i haven't been to the casino in a while...
