Carbonating/bottling

I am aiming to carbonate some of my applewine upon completion. Does anyone have a good site to refer to? Tips, etc.?

Also, is it safe to carbonate/cork the apple wine in bottles? I would like to avoid any major messes!

Anything carbonated needs to be in beer bottles with caps, or champagne bottles with corks/cages/wires. Corks will blow out, and wine bottles don't hold pressure.
