Ive been fermenting a Kolsch for the past 2 months and Im getting ready to keg it. Now I really dont know much about Kolsch's I know they are tasty and I wanted to brew one.

So Im wondering, how do you guys carbonate yours? I want to make sure I can get that nice Kolsch head on it without over carbing it. How many volumes do you normaly put in your Kolsch's?

I have kegged and carbed my Kolsch beers the same as my ales - about 2.5 vol. I set my reg at 12 psi and maintain my kegerator about 36 degrees.
