So a friend of mine gave me a bottle of BB burgerbrau pilsner, which tastes almost like liquid bread. He gave it to me in the hopes of having me cultivate the yeast.

I have no idea what kind of yeast is in this guy and I'd like to know so once I grow it up from the bottle I know how to use it. It will not completely settle out of the beer, it typically lumps together in long (like .5 inch) strands and then sinks to the bottom and takes up the bottom I'd say 1/4 of the bottle but wont floculate more than that. I've never seen any yeast like it, haha. I know it's a lager yeast, but that's about it. So any info you could give me would be great.
