Anyone out there that might be able to take up trustee-ing duties for me? My current trustee has bowed out due to the volume & distance to the brewery. Ideally I could trustee for an El Cat member that needs one, or offer up Tampa-area beers (Angry Chair, CCB, Cycle, Wakefield OG ).

I'm a medium-volume buyer, probably about a case or so per month, nothing too serious. But I do have a decent backlog of bottles to be picked up -- 65 at the moment, not including this month's allocations and next Mon's sale.

Edit: Just checked, you're correct HS only 1 btl limits of CR 13-15.

Fruet is such a weird anniversary to me, it's by far the sweetest of the ones I've had. Melange from that yr is dominated by Fruet. Just tasted different to me than any other vintages. Sucre is by far my favorite, followed by Bois.

I had a Fruet on New Year's, and it had aged beautifully. Much less sweet than it had been, and incredibly complex. In general, the Sucre variants are my favorites, but you know...
