Patrick developed the super bug that can survive at an abv of 19.5%. Coincidentally it's also the cure for diabetics.

Anyone out there that might be able to take up trustee-ing duties for me? My current trustee has bowed out due to the volume & distance to the brewery. Ideally I could trustee for an El Cat member that needs one, or offer up Tampa-area beers (Angry Chair, CCB, Cycle, Wakefield OG o_O).

I'm a medium-volume buyer, probably about a case or so per month, nothing too serious. But I do have a decent backlog of bottles to be picked up -- 65 at the moment, not including this month's allocations and next Mon's sale.

This is dumb, and I'm just being a completist, but if 7 swans (non-BA) pops up I'm more than happy to pay you for it. I have the xmas set except for that one somehow *shrug*

Damn dog. I drank my other one the other day just to get drunk. Day late and a dollar short as they say.

Anyone need a Hoarders ticket? I have an extra. There's no physical ticket so you'll have to meet me there before noon.

The update beet list is looking fantastic!
Looks like if you don't get there early you will have to park at the honda Center for 10$...arrive early!

Pretty big archive this week, most of which I have no interest in thankfully. Bunch of old CRs, $50 1/4 BA Papiers, and SW Variants!

Fruet is such a weird anniversary to me, it's by far the sweetest of the ones I've had. Melange from that yr is dominated by Fruet. Just tasted different to me than any other vintages. Sucre is by far my favorite, followed by Bois.

I had a Fruet on New Year's, and it had aged beautifully. Much less sweet than it had been, and incredibly complex. In general, the Sucre variants are my favorites, but you know...
