I brewed 10 gallons of brown ale in early December. I left it in a controlled temperature freezer at 35° after it’s finished fermentation. My question is this is it still good? I mean, it looks good but I’m wondering if I should toss it or keg it.

Why would it not be good? Stored cold, assuming it hasn't been exposed to a lot of oxygen, a malt forward beer, all sounds fine to me.

Keg it. Worst that happens is you waste a little CO2. If you toss it you have guaranteed you wasted beer.
