Fellow home brewers,
I had a dream of building an Auber PID single element brewing controller, but never got around to it. This listing contains everything you need minus wires and a few plugs.
For the exact parts, I took pictures of the inventory sheets.
Everything is brand new.
I am asking $240.00 for a pickup or $260.00 for shipping anywhere in the lower 48 states, or best offer.
If there are any questions, please ask.
Thank you
Joe

Do you have a drawing showing how you were going to wire this?

I need to dig around for the diagrams I built, but in essence, it was for a single 220vac element that had a selector switch to use either the pid or the rotary dial. I was thinking the PID mode for the mash and the rotary dial would be easier to control the element during the boil. It has the buttons to energize as well as an emergency stop switch.
