So after moving ~18months ago I have finally got around to unpacking my brewing equipment and have a batch fermenting:rockin:

Unfortunately my kegerator did not make the move (couldn't fix in the basement) so my question is can I carbonate in a warm keg (~60-70 deg) and then bottle on demand from the keg using a beer gun (or homemade version)? I am tight for fridge space right now but could envision having several warm kegs and bottling 12 or so bottle per keg at a time.

No, I don't think that would work. The foaming would be an issue, and the beer would end up being flat in the bottle. If you could chill the keg, it might work just fine, but not with a warm keg/warm beer.
