Hey all, if I could get a quick check on this, I'd appreciate it. Gonna be my first BIAB, hopefully all goes well.

Beautiful Blonde Ale
8 lbs US 2-row
1 lb Caramels
. 5 lb Honey Malt
.25 Oz Centennial @ 55
.25 Oz Centennial @ 35
.5 Oz Falconer's Flight @ 10
1 tsp Irish Moss @ 10
Safale US-05

I'm going for a sweeter blonde, with some citrus notes along the way. Don't know if the honey malt is going to clash too much with the hops, that's what I'm most concerned with.

I'd reduce the honey malt to 4oz. The 35m addition strikes me as somewhat odd so I'd consider moving that tto 15m and the FF to 5m.
