Anyone heard of "Black Wheat"? If so how many/how they are best used in recipes. I recived a huge bag(3lbs ish) as a wedding gift but dont know what to do with them all. I have hardly seen any references to them on any recipes either. The guy at the homebrew shop told the family member they are seasonal. I would hate to see them go to waste
