hello everyone! I would like to make a cider with the big bubble as if it were champagne. Does anyone know any way?

I don't know if this is the right place to post my question.

Champagne has big bubbles because it is highly carbonated. You get to control the amount of carbonation by adding priming sugar after the cider has fully fermented and is ready to bottle Do some reading about priming and then make sure to use bottles capable of holding the pressure. Bottle bombs are possible and not pleasant to be around.

First of all, thank you very much for the reply. But the more gas, the bigger the bubble or does it foam more?

Too high a level of carbonation (gas) can resulting in "gushers" than produce way too much foam. To my knowledge, the actual size of the individual bubbles depends on things like protein content, specific gravity, temperature, and carbonation level.
