Oh, man! I'm listening to Tom Waits right now.

The_bird has a beer called "Murder in the Red Barn". I've never had it, but we've talked about it a lot.

I have:
Waltzing Matilda (from Tom Traubert's Blues)
Ole '55
The Piano ("The Piano has been drinking, not me")

Maybe I'll call my dry hoped golden 'way down in the hole'

Little Drop of Poison
God's Away on Business
Better off without a Wife
Bad Liver and a Broken Heart

Some of my favorites aren't good beer names, but I am listening to Tom Waits again tonight.

My ringtone on my phone is "Sea of Love", the Tom Waits version.

But the oatmeal stout I'm making next week HAS to be "Bad Liver". I forgot all about that song until McBrewski mentioned it!

Who else is actually planning a Waits beer? I can't promise mine will be any good, but I'd love to trade with Yooper and anyone else who is brewing one. Having a 'Waits Beer' tasting would be pretty cool.

If you're looking to waste some time thinking about this, check out this list.

I've always wanted to use this, but I never actually name my beers.
