Hi All,
I have a hopefully simple setup question. I just bought a used kegerator and also a single Keg kit with CO2 and an picnic tap. I replaced my single tap on the kegerator with a double tap. Here is my question:

My tap came with connectors like in this picture View attachment ImageUploadedByHome Brew1437999505.768662.jpg. Is it better to cut off the connectors and replace with barbed swivel nut that I can attach to a quick release? Or should I use a 1/2 NTP to 3/8" barbed adaptor the. Connect to some additional line. My beer line is only 4 ft long so I'm a bit reluctant to cut it shorter, but I am also not sure if extending the line with adaptors is such a good idea either.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Rich

Id get new beer line. one that doesn't leech plastic flavor to the beer. i use the bev seal ultra line. there's also a silver barrier line too.
