After kicking a keg then cleaning and rinsing the beer line, what's the best state to leave the beer lines in if not able to immediately re-connect another full keg?
I know... I got lazy and don't have another full keg ready...
Anyway, let's say the beer line will sit 2-4 weeks between batches. Should I leave it full of the clean water I used to rinse it? Or should I flush it and leave it with CO2 and as little water as possible??
What say you???
BTW, If it matters, I have the semi-rigid bev-seal ultra beer lines.
