Hey all, much like pancakes were made to use up ingredients such as eggs, milk and sugar before Lent, I am looking to use up the bunch of random grains I have hanging around. I was thinking maybe with what I already have all I might need is some more base grains and some fresh hops

My last couple of beers were a Belgian Abbey and Schwarzbier so there's a lot of dark grains kicking about.

In my store I have...

Grains:

400g Medium Crystal Malt
500g High Colour Crystal Malt
880g Brown Malt
330g Carafa III
890g Roasted Barley
700g Munich
200g Pilsner
400g Special B
450g Maris Otter
160g Caramunch

Hops (less than 3 months old):

40g EKG
70g Magnum
20g Target
70g Hallertauer

I was thinking of maybe a cascadian dark/black IPA inspired by the Marble Black IPA I had at the Euston Tap in london recently.

What do you guys think?
