I am making my first attemp at tomato wine. I was fortunate enough to sample tomato wine a couple of years back. I remember it as being very tasty. This year I had a voluntary plant come up by my front porch. It produces and incredible amount of very tasty ping-pong ball sized tomatos. They taste very good so i decided to make wine with some. It has been fermenting two weeks now and fermentation has predominately stalled. My intention is to transfer it to a 1.6 gal Torpedo Keg to age. I will report back after it ages 3 months. I have been told it takes a year to mature properly. I'll check it regularly after the 3 month rest.

You say that you wine has stalled. Do you know why? What was the starting gravity? What is the current gravity? What yeast did you pitch? How old was it? What is the pH of this wine (a wine whose acidity is below 3.0 is likely to stall).
