Agreed. They were an amazing group. I cannot think of any other store that would make me as disappointed for a closing. It's really irreplaceable, and there's zero alternative around here.

I just emailed my last order;
a little bit for my next brew, then stocking up for some of the ingredients for the seven brews after that.

They're still open. I just got an email from them yesterday.

SWMBO will pick up my order tomorrow. B&V even acquired ingredients (a yeast packet, some hops, and several cans of LME) that weren't in stock.
I will miss their service, congeniality and their selling grain in smaller than whole pound units (ounces, pounds to the decimal, and had I asked, to the gram).

If any of y'all don't get their emails, B&V has started major close out sales including their mill, scales, bagging equipment, shelving, work benches und so weiter.
