Hey guys... Just revised my APA recipe, any advice is appreciated!
FERMENTABLES:
6lbs of NB pilsen malt syrup
2 lbs of NB golden malt syrup
1lbs honey
SPECIALTY GRAINS:
flaked barley (1 lbs for head retention)
Flaked oats (1 lbs for head retention)
HOPS:
chinook (1oz at 60 min)
Citra (1oz at 15 min)
Citra (1oz at 0 min)
Cascade (1oz at 0 min)
YEAST:
Wyeast American ale 2 (wyeast 1272)
