I have about 8lbs of tomatoes, 3lbs of cherries, medium watermelon, and two small dew melons. Along with the normal wine making cabinet yeast, tannin, acid blend, etc. So I'm open for ideas... Also just to list every thing I have available roughly 1 1/2lbs of fresh cascade hops. Which I know this is a wine making forum but it needed to be listed I believe. Open for suggestions on what to make....
