Any ideas

I have about 8lbs of tomatoes, 3lbs of cherries, medium watermelon, and two small dew melons. Along with the normal wine making cabinet yeast, tannin, acid blend, etc. So I'm open for ideas... Also just to list every thing I have available roughly 1 1/2lbs of fresh cascade hops. Which I know this is a wine making forum but it needed to be listed I believe. Open for suggestions on what to make....

& I dunno about the melons, they're notoriously hard to ferment. I think the juice goes bad before the yeast can get going. I'd probably just eat em, but I love melons, especially honey dew.

Lol... True enough, I already have my grapes in a secondary. This is just what I have left over from my garden. Except the few melons I ate those last night lol.
