You will need to purchase an inexpensive GH/KH test kit and compute ppm (mg/L) alkalinity for yourself. Then from this you can compute the bicarbonate.

I don t have RO option, this spring water is the best and most effective option I've got. do you know martin's username?

Do you have a way to get distilled water?.
I have not ordered a water test for my well but will add salts to the distilled water to build my desired profile using Bru N Water.
