I am brewing a sierra nevada pale tomorrow. I have a grain bill of 26# for a 12 gallon batch. I used a wyeast activator with 200 g dme and 2 liters of water, is this going to be enough yeast or do I need another packet of 1056 activator. I figure with the original starter I will multiply to 200 billion cells, can I add another 2 liters to the starter to get me to 320 billion cells or will this still be short?

The wyeast cell count calculator will handle stepped starters. Otherwise you can tell Mr. Malty that you are adding 2 packets of high viability yeast and see what numbers it spits out.
