Just kegged the amber ale. It tastes delicious and came in at 5.94%abv. Only my second all grain but I think all of the research paid off. I figure if I could drink it without carb and it tastes phenomenal then it's just going to get better. After partial mash brewing for 5 years I am never going back. Only thing left is gelatin in a couple days to clear it up.
