Amber ale extract recipe help please

I've got a can of hopped amber ale lme. Should I combine this with light or amber dme? I've got both but might use the amber dme in another batch. Also got some c40 and carared. Use it or is this wasted? Plan to use cascade finishing hops and s04. Any suggestions appreciated!
