I just started a pale ale that will be in the primary for 3 or 4 weeks until I have time to bottle. I am keeping the fermentation temp low by using a container with my fermentor sitting in water, adding ice as needed. Do I need to keep this up after the fermentation is complete. I am keeping the temp about 65 during the first 2 weeks. (using s-o5)

Once fermentation has ceased, you really don't need to worry as much about keeping the temp down. Just find a cool part of the house to keep it in until you are ready to bottle. As long as it doesn't get too hot or fluctuate too much in temp, you shouldn't have to worry about off flavors as the yeast have already done their thing.
