A quick sanitation question

Happy Holidays!

Real quick question. I have traditionally done my sanitation in part outside due to a very shallow sink. Living in Wisconsin this isn't really an option for the next few months! I'm wondering if anyone has used the star-san sanitizer in a concentrated spray form that you spray on, leave on contact and wipe off. I know a guy who has done this and swears by it, but I haven't sampled any of his products so I'm skeptical.

Almost.

Don't use a concentrated solution, just use the normal mix. And spray it on but then don't wipe it off. Don't touch the equipment again, just leave it there. If you go wiping your gear with rags you'll just re-contaminate it. Will work just fine, I do this all the time.

Starsan is supposed to be left on NEVER wipe it off. It will impart no flavor. I use a spray bottle at normal dilution constantly.
